Our private school is dedicated to serving students who face academic challenges, have special needs, or require an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan.

Our Story
We educate scholars in kindergarten through grade 12. With an emphasis on cultural and worldly exposure, personal development, strong social skills, financial literacy components, and an aggressive college-prep approach, The LinaBean Academy has continually produced some of the community’s best students!
LinaBean Academy was founded in the Spring of 2015. We cater to ALL children, with a special place in our heart for students with ADHD as I am an adult with ADHD.
Our program and educational philosophy are centered around knowing thyself and commitment to the community. We strive to incorporate SELF and COMMUNITY into EVERY lesson and teachable moment at LBA.

With over a decade of experience in the field of education, Mitha Charlot brings deep expertise and a strong commitment to student growth and well-being. As Director for the past three years, she has led with vision and compassion, creating a nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environment for all students.
Mitha specializes in child development and is dedicated to ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Her leadership is grounded in best practices, collaboration with families and educators, and a passion for empowering young learners to reach their full potential.
